How AI Supports My Coaching Practice

Drafting or refining written materials such as worksheets, summaries, resumes, emails, and job-search resources
Generating ideas, outlines, or thought starters for programs and podcast content

Enhancing scheduling, communication, and administrative efficiency

How Your Information Is Handled
Your privacy is extremely important.
When using AI tools, I follow these principles:
I do not upload or share sensitive personal information (such as financial data, personal identifiers, protected health information, or confidential employer details).
Client documents are de-identified whenever possible before any AI-assisted drafting.
Your materials remain yours. AI-generated work is used only to assist and enhance the services you request.
I do not use AI to make automated decisions about your career, life, or future. All guidance is based on my professional expertise and judgment.
If at any time you prefer that your materials are not processed using any AI tool, simply let me know and I will accommodate your preference.
What AI Does Not Do in My Coaching Practice
AI tools are not used to:
Replace coaching conversations
Determine eligibility for programs or services
Make decisions about your job search strategy
Evaluate your personal situation without my review
Store client session data or private notes
AI is a support tool—not a substitute for human insight, empathy, or professional experience.
