Ask yourself the following questions: 

  • Is that true? 
  • Is it logical? 
  • Is it constructive?

Do you have any evidence to support what you are thinking about yourself?  

Emee gives a lot of great examples with some specific thoughts one may have while experiencing imposter syndrome!
