About:

Sherry is a nutrition coach and a personal trainer. She helps midlife women lose weight and reduce the symptoms of menopause using simple fitness and nutrition habits. She went back to school to study fitness and nutrition in her 40s and worked at the YMCA instructing fitness classes and doing personal training for 6 years before starting her own business. She now has a number of online programs and one on one coaching for women going through menopause.
